Meet Annette Holt

Annette Holt has been a cornerstone of the Triangle real estate market for decades. A Raleigh native, she has earned prestigious accolades, including induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. Annette is a highly credentialed professional, holding designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Strategic Pricing Specialist.

Before her successful real estate career, Annette was an esteemed economics and business professor at Louisburg College. She is a proud alumna of NC State University, where she earned a degree in criminal justice, and she furthered her education with dual master’s degrees in public administration and economics.

Annette is deeply committed to her community and actively participates as a member of the Morrisville Rotary. She and her husband Larry reside in Raleigh, in the cherished home where they raised their two sons, Kyle and Davis.
